Nanjing huashi electronic technology co., LTD. Integrated MES (manufacturing execution system, MES) system is based on the company production transparency, process design guidance, logistics, overall production management requirements, in the company built a set of hardware (workbench, electronic label, mobile PDA, VMI shelves) and software system (digital process, manufacturing execution, logistics management, quality management) integrated execution system platform.
The company has 38,000 square meters, which can achieve an annual output of 800 sets of traction inverters, 800 sets of auxiliary inverters, 600 sets of power equipment of each type, 1000 sets of electrical cabinets of each type, 1000 sets of tight pass inverters and 30,000 sets of EMU shaft temperature devices.
Test verification ability
The company has more than 10 laboratories, a full set of rail transit electrical test equipment.The company has a rail transit inertial transmission test platform, EMC laboratory, network laboratory, high and low temperature test equipment, IP protection laboratory and other more than ten laboratories, which can meet the needs of a complete set of research and development and type testing of rail transit electrical products.
