Energy storage device
The energy storage device adopts lithium titanate battery, which has good safety, high and low temperature performance, long cycle life and wide working environment temperature range (-20℃~45℃). The battery is cooled by liquid, and the weight of the whole machine is less than 1500kG;. Each internal unit adopts modular design, which is easy to maintain; Communicate with the MVB network of the whole train. At the same time, the control unit of the whole train is provided with the maintenance Ethernet, and the BMS unit is provided with the maintenance CAN network to support the download and maintenance of fault information.


Water Cooling Device
The water-cooling device should be able to cool the temperature of the circulating fluid in the system to below 60℃, so as to ensure that the converter and traction motor can work normally under vehicle operation. The water cooling device shall automatically adjust the fan speed according to the water temperature at the outlet of the heat exchanger, so as to adjust the water supply temperature of the water cooling device. The water-cooling device uploads the running status and alarm information of the water-cooling device to the vehicle master control through communication.


Traction Motor

Traction converter
The main purpose of traction converter is to convert DC voltage obtained from new energy into three-phase voltage with variable frequency and voltage transformation, which is used to control the traction motor to drive the vehicle to run in traction, inertia and braking conditions. The IGBT semiconductor devices of the traction converter are effectively cooled by circulating water cooling, and the structure of the inverter is very compact. Through internal and external cooling cycles, the heat of the inverter is effectively transferred out to prevent overheating. Small size, high energy.

High Pressure Box
The high-voltage box integrates the main circuit contactor, fuse and other protection devices, and is equipped with a network voltage sensor, which can monitor the network voltage. Small size, multi-level protection and network voltage monitoring.


Auxiliary filter
Each traction main circuit has a line filter. The line filter comprises a line reactor, which is arranged in the filter box. In addition to the line filter, the auxiliary filter box integrates the auxiliary transformer and output filter reactor. At the same time, the filter box and the auxiliary filter box are equipped with fans, which are cooled by forced air.


Auxiliary Converter
Auxiliary converter of rubber-tyred track car is mainly used in auxiliary system of rubber-tyred track car on urban ground, which includes inverter unit and conversion unit, integrates auxiliary battery of vehicle, and provides power for medium and low voltage electric equipment of vehicle.


Filter
Each traction main circuit has a line filter. The line filter comprises a line reactor, which is arranged in the filter box. Battery Charger
The charger drives all DC24V DC loads, and meets the charging requirements specified by the battery. It can float charge the battery according to the charging characteristics of the battery, and the battery box has the temperature compensation control function. When the train has no grid voltage, the capacity of the storage battery should be able to supply the internal emergency lighting, external lighting, emergency ventilation, on-board safety equipment, broadcasting, some display screens, communication system, etc. of the train for 30 minutes, and the train doors should be opened and closed once, and the auxiliary power supply can be started when the grid voltage is restored.


Auxiliary converter
The traction converter is internally integrated with three traction inverter modules, the main purpose of which is to convert the DC voltage obtained from the converter into three-phase voltage with frequency conversion and transformation, which is used to control the traction motor to drive the vehicle to run in traction, inertia and braking conditions. The IGBT semiconductor devices of the traction converter are effectively cooled by circulating water cooling, and the structure of the inverter is very compact. Through internal and external cooling cycles, the heat of the inverter is effectively transferred out to prevent overheating. Two traction inverter modules and one auxiliary inverter module are integrated in the traction/auxiliary converter. Apart from the traction drive function, it also takes on the function of auxiliary power supply, which can convert DC voltage into three-phase sine wave voltage and supply power for vehicle AC load.
