Nanjing huashi electronic technology co., ltd. integrated MES(manufacturing execution system, MES) system is based on the company's production transparency, process design guidance, logistics matching, overall production management requirements, in the company to build a set of hardware (workbench, electronic tag, mobile PDA, VMI shelf) and software system (digital process, manufacturing execution, logistics management, quality management) integrated execution system platform.
The company has a production plant of 38000 square meters, which can realize an annual output of 800 sets of traction inverters, 800 sets of auxiliary inverters, 600 sets of power supply equipment under various types of vehicles, 1000 sets of electrical cabinets on various types of vehicles, 1000 sets of tight-pass inverters and 30000 sets of EMU axle temperature devices.
Test verification capability
The company has electrical performance laboratory, environmental laboratory, high and low temperature laboratory, EMC laboratory, electronic laboratory, network laboratory, etc,
Can independently complete product electrical performance test, EMC test, combined performance test, environmental test and other series of product tests.
