On the premise of not changing the braking system and power system of the existing vehicle, add batteries and corresponding equipment on the electric wheel mining vehicle, to reduce the power output of diesel engine, reduce diesel consumption and reduce pollution, so as to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
The core highlight of this power system transformation lies in the braking energy recovery system composed of the added battery, bidirectional DCDC converter, water cooling system and electrical box. The tacit combination of these products can provide unprecedented power and efficiency for 4400,930E and other electric wheel mining cards. In particular, the hybrid system composed of high-power bidirectional DC / DC converter + energy storage system can recover the kinetic energy when the vehicle is overloaded downhill or braking, and be reused for traction, so as to further improve the energy efficiency.
Compared with the original fuel vehicles, the attendance rate of the modified oil-electric hybrid mine card is similar to that of the same level of fuel vehicles, and the fuel saving rate is 8.8% verified by the project. Case: The transformation project of electric wheel mine oil-electric hybrid system of a mine participated by the company successfully passed the project acceptance. At present, the modified vehicles have been running in the mining area for 14 months, the equipment is running stable, and the technical level has reached the domestic first-class.
