The company's Lixiang line under-car power supply and electrical integrated control cabinet successfully passed the first article appraisal


In October 2022, CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Vehicle Co., Ltd. composed of project leaders, quality management department personnel, design and technical personnel and Nanjing Vehicle Supervision Project Department composed of appraisal team came to Nanjing Huashi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out the first identification of railway products of the 160-kilometer drum car project of the Lixiang Line.

During the process, the review team listened to the company introduction and project progress reports of Nanjing Huashi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and meticulously and comprehensively reviewed the relevant documents and materials of the first appraisal of Huashi R&D and design department, technical engineering department, quality control department, process department, procurement department and other departments. The first products such as the power supply under the car and the electrical integrated control cabinet were inspected on site, and the product performance test and inspection were carried out to confirm that the products submitted by Nanjing Huashi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. met the drawings and technical requirements. The attached technical documents and quality records related to the first article appraisal are complete and meet the requirements of the first article identification, and the review team unanimously agreed that Huashi's products passed the first article appraisal.

The working environment of the products of this project is different from that of Huashi Company's previous products, that is, the Lixiang Line is located on a plateau, climbing north from the Lijiang Basin at an altitude of 2,400 meters to the Shangri-La Basin at an altitude of 3,400 meters, passing through the plateau snow mountain area. The company immediately set up a Lixiang line project team to ensure the implementation of the project according to the needs of customers, the company's technical personnel with many years of railway electrification product design experience and experience in providing under-train power supply for the 160-kilometer plateau car of Lalin Line, redesigned Lixiang railway line products, increased the heat dissipation of under-vehicle power products and fan fault feedback monitoring functions, etc., to overcome the difficulties of tight delivery time and heavy production tasks, and fully ensured the delivery of the project products on schedule, according to quality and quantity under the company's lean management.

The successful passage of the first article appraisal is an affirmation of Huashi's ability to complete the project with high speed, efficiency and high quality, and lays the foundation for the Lixiang Line project to enter the pre-loading and delivery. In the next step, the company will complete the delivery task according to the requirements of the final assembly unit to ensure quality and quantity, and at the same time continue to deepen the field of rail transit and contribute to the national speed.

Tips: Lixiang Railway, also known as Lixiang Line, is a Class I electrified railway of the National Railway connecting Lijiang City with Shangri-La City, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, in Yunnan Province, China, and is an integral part of the "western railway network" of China's medium- and long-term railway network planning. Because the Lixiang section of the Yunnan-Tibet Railway starts from Lijiang Station in the south, goes north through Tiger Leaping Gorge, Xiaozhongdian Town to Shangri-La City, passes through Yulong Naxi Autonomous County of Lijiang City, Shangri-La City of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, passes through Yulong Snow Mountain, Haba Snow Mountain, Tiger Leaping Gorge and other scenic spots along the way, there are many beautiful scenery along the road, known as the "most beautiful heavenly road". The Lixiang Railway started construction on October 28, 2014 and is expected to be put into operation by the end of 2022.

After the completion and operation of the Lixiang Railway, it will connect with the existing Kunming-Lijiang Railway, ending the history of the lack of railway access in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province, and will also greatly make up for the shortcomings of the railway network and transportation services in northwest Yunnan, and link the tourist destinations of Dali, Lijiang and Shangri-La in Yunnan to promote the economic and social development of tourism along the line.
